Hello world, I this video I'll show you How to make flat minimal vector avatars from image in Illustrator. Some people call this vector portrait too. Here I made Robert Downey Jr Flat Avatar illustration. This is speed art with explanation in between.

This technique is very easy. First make contour shape more like cartoony or stretched a bit then follow the steps I have done in video.Don't get deep into detailing because that will kill the style.
