Welcome to Vided!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vided website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

1. Definitions

  • "Content" means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, data, or other information uploaded, posted, or otherwise made available through the Platform.
  • "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
  • "You" refers to you, the User.

2. User Accounts

  • You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to notify Vided immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3. User Content

  • You are solely responsible for any Content you upload, post, or otherwise make available through the Platform.
  • You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use, upload, and post the Content.
  • You agree not to upload, post, or otherwise make available any Content that is:
    • Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive;
    • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party;
    • Violates the privacy or publicity rights of any third party;
    • Contains viruses or other malicious code; or
    • Is commercially exploitive in nature.
  • Vided reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

4. Third-Party Content

  • The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that Vided is not responsible for the availability of such external websites or resources, and does not endorse or sponsor any content, products, or services available on or through them.
  • Your use of third-party websites or resources is governed by the terms and conditions of those websites or resources.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The Platform and its content, including but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, data, and software, are the property of Vided or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not use any of the Platform's content without the express written permission of Vided.

6. Disclaimer

  • The Platform is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Vided disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • Vided does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Vided does not warrant that the results obtained through the use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • In no event shall Vided be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.

8. Termination

  • Vided may terminate your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, without any notice.
  • You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Platform.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Entire Agreement

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Vided concerning your use of the Platform.
